Packing

When packing for a trip with a baby or toddler, it is important to pack light. Bring only the essentials such as diapers, wipes, formula or breast milk, food, and clothing. It is also a good idea to bring along a few favorite toys or books to keep your child entertained.

Flying

If you are flying with a baby or toddler, be sure to book a seat in the bulkhead row so you will have extra space for your child to move around. It is also a good idea to bring along some snacks and drinks for your child in case they get hungry or thirsty during the flight.

Car Travel

When traveling by car with a baby or toddler, be sure to pack plenty of snacks and drinks as well as some toys or books to keep your child entertained. It is also important to make frequent stops so that your child can stretch their legs and use the restroom.

Hotels

When booking a hotel room, be sure to request a crib or rollaway bed for your child. You should also request a room on a lower floor so that you can easily access the pool or other amenities. Be sure to pack all of your child’s essential items such as diapers, wipes, formula or breast milk, food, and clothing.

Activities

When planning activities for your trip, be sure to take into account your child’s age and interests. There are many kid-friendly activities available at most tourist destinations. For example, many museums offer special programs and tours specifically for families with young children. zoos and aquariums are also great places to visit with kids as they are usually very interactive and educational.

Safety

Whenever you are traveling with a baby or toddler, safety should be your top priority. Be sure to never leave your child unattended, even for a moment. If you are in a crowded place such as an airport or amusement park, be sure to keep a close eye on your child at all times
